Explicit, thoughtless, and boastful media promotes doomscrolling and muddies my thought processes. I love art and want a head full of only the best music, movies, and media known to man -- but it's hard to sort through all the junk. In 2021 I embarked on a journey to clean up what goes into my head so that I can think more clearly, spend less time mindlessly scrolling, and more time actually enjoying my life.
